I plan on having a hospital birth, but I have no concept of budget or what my birth plan will look like - I am so overwhelmed.
Legacy Health Emanual Hospital in Portland Oregon No estimate budget. want it to be covered until Cigna insurance no birth plan yet. want help navigating, but want to have a natural birth with a mix of eastern and western philosophy's . I have ADHD, and was trying to get diagnosed for MCAS right before I found out I was pregnant. this causes me many medical issues that I want to be considered in my journey.
I'm planning to give birth at a hospital in portland. I'd be looking for someone who takes OHP insurance and who could provide support both in the hospital setting and for the first week or two after baby is born. Someone who could help with cleaning and cooking would be preferred as well as working around my daughter who will be nearing age 4 at the time.
First baby, having the baby at the hospital, not planning on an unmedicated birth will likely get an epidural but I'm going in pretty uneducated here! Just want to feel like I have a coach/expert helping me along. Looking for someone who's covered by my insurance (as much as possible).
