I plan to give birth at hospital. Looking for Medicaid covered doula

Induction date is scheduled for 3/13/2025. Our budget is a about 500 a week. Services won’t be need until a lot about 2.5-3.5 weeks after delivery. The initial post-partem period, I will be on maternity leaves. Our birth plan is to get the baby here safely. I will likely use an epidural, unless things happen sooner then expected.

This is my first baby. I plan to give birth at the hospital. I’d like to go into labor naturally and steer away from the epidural unless absolutely necessary. I don’t know what the budget is as I’ve never done this before so would like to talk to someone.

I plan to have my baby in the hospital, but I would like it to be a water birth. I don’t want an epidural and I don’t want cord clamping and them cutting it to fast, I don’t want them to pull my placenta out and want to let it out on my own and be able to take it home. I don’t want any unnecessary test and vaccinations for my baby and I want her in the room with me at all times if they need to do any tests I want them to be done in front of me! If I can’t have a water birth I want to be standing while giving birth or on all four! I really want someone to help and guide me to what I want through out the rest of my pregnancy and give me tips for a newborn as a first time mother.
