My focus is on overnight newborn care, lactation support, and nutrition as medicine to restore balance and support long-term healing. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts that occur after birth. I believe every family deserves individualized care, rest, and nourishment during this tender time, which is why I only work with one family at a time to give my full attention.
