I’m Valori, a certified postpartum doula, lactation educator, and postpartum nutrition coach with over five years of professional experience and more than a decade of informal support to families. I specialize in guiding new parents through the early weeks and months with a holistic approach that blends evidence-based care with traditional postpartum wisdom. My focus is on overnight newborn care, lactation support, and nutrition as medicine to restore balance and support long-term healing. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts that occur after birth. I believe every family deserves individualized care, rest, and nourishment during this tender time, which is why I only work with one family at a time to give my full attention. My goal is to create a supportive, calming environment where parents can feel confident, cared for, and equipped with tools for sustainable wellbeing.
