Will be requesting intermittent fetal monitoring as opposed to constant fetal monitoring. We'd like delayed cord clamping until the cord is white and not pulsating. I want the placenta to come out naturally and not be pulled out. Maximum golden hour skin to skin contact time. No circumcision if the baby is male. Provider would ideally speak fluent English and has at least several years of experience. Insurance provider is Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network.

I wanted to look more into home birth options that are safe. Also, if there are personalized fitness and diet plans for pregnancy that are available to me I’d love access to them.
