I need a night doula who can take full ownership of the baby’s needs during night when I am not the first responder. I need someone to autonomously handle the feeding, the diaper changes, and the soothing.
I have Kaiser HMO plan. Plan to give birth in hospital. I have hip arthritis with limited hip mobility in one leg. Other leg is perfectly fine. I want to explore if vaginal birth is possible for me. I want to know about alternate birthing positions.
I have Kaiser insurance and am planning on giving birth at Kaiser Santa Clara. My birth plan is to be open to assistance or suggestions from professional support. I would like to try different types of pain management and am open to all if necessary. Ideally I do not want to have an IV so movement is possible. I would like to have delayed chord clamping if possible. Skin to skin and golden hour are important to me. My husband will be in the room and is very kind and attentive. I would like to have contact after birth as it is my first child and I’m sure there will be questions, but we don’t need help like cooking, cleaning, or laundry.
Someone to advocate for me in the hectic moments of delivery and contractions to help me feel focused and give me knowledgeable insights with methods and positions on how to manage pain during contractions. I have a lot of anxiety going into my second pregnancy after a HORRIBLE experience with my epidural during my stay at Kaiser. The first one didn’t work, and the second one resulted in a spinal headache, and a nurse accidentally gave me too much/extra dosage of the epidural and my legs were pointless and hanging so my mom/husband had to carry them which was even harder to push my 9.7 pound son out. I just want to feel supported and safe.

Hello, My name is Anna Kerlo. I am reaching out to you to ask if you might have availability to support my husband and I through the birth of our baby. I am due August 12, it’s a girl, and she will be our first child after 7 years of IVF treatments. We have Kaiser, and are planning to give birth at Kaiser Santa Clara. I am hoping for a birth as unmedicated as possible, but also understand things don’t always go as planned. Would be available? Thanks a lot in advance for your help, Anna Kerlo
I'm looking for night doula 3 days per week for my first 2 weeks, and 1 - 2 nights per week for the following 3-5 weeks. I'm also looking for day time doula 2 - 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. I'd like the doula to have the doula certification, fully vaccinated, and a lactation certificate would be a plus.
Hi, my expected due date is on 7/3 at Kaiser Santa Clara location. This is my first baby.
Our second child is due in the first week of December 2026. It is going to be a scheduled C-section. Our first baby was born healthy, and we expect the same for our second baby. We are looking for a night nanny's support to take care of the baby during the first 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 7 nights a week. 8 hours a night. The main responsibility is to take care of the baby during the night: bringing the baby to mom for feeding or bottle feeding as needed, burping, changing diapers, soothing the baby to sleep, and light baby-related tasks like sterilizing bottles and pump parts.
1. I haven’t gotten a referral yet but I think I’ll go with El Camino in Mountain View 2. I’m looking for a doula that accepts tricare. I’m also open to paying out of pocket but tricare would be my first pick. 3. This is my second child and the labor with my first was under 4 hours. Birth plan this time would be to labor without an epidural. All other parts of my birth plan I’m open to suggestions. I’d like to labor at home if possible.
Looking for a night doula/NCS for July 27, 2026. Target schedule is 4 nights a week, 8 hours. Must have verified infant CPR, an updated background check, and experience with breastfeeding support/sleep shaping. Please confirm exact availability for these dates and your standard overnight rate structure.
I am seeking a postpartum doula available late July / August. I will probably have an elective C-section, so my primary focus is on C-section recovery support, newborn care, and lactation assistance. Knowledge of safe postpartum pelvic floor exercises is a plus.
Looking for a birth doula who might also help with breastfeeding education/lactation consultant. I'll be giving birth at a hospital, ideally an unmedicated vaginal delivery. I'm not sure my budget at this time, I'm looking to understand the cost. I'd like an experience provider speaking English. I have Cigna PPO Open Access Plus.
I live in Hollister, but I will be giving birth at Kaiser in San Jose, CA, and I’m looking for a supportive, trauma-informed doula for both birth and postpartum care. I would love someone familiar Latina postpartum traditions (preferred), such as rebozo support, gentle bone closing/cerrada de cadera, emotional support, and holistic healing practices, and lacataion support. I’m hoping for someone warm, calming, and nonjudgmental who can support both me and my partner through labor, recovery, breastfeeding, and postpartum mental health. I’m especially interested in postpartum support that helps me feel grounded, safe, and cared for after birth. I have Kaiser and would prefer someone in-network.
My husband and I are welcoming our first in July. We'd love to have you based on your qualifications as a night doula for us 3x per week. We would like to chat and make sure a few things too, we do have a corgi if you are OK in dog home, we understand some people have allergies.
Hospital (planning to deliver at a hospital in the Bay Area / Mountain View, CA area). I have Cigna commercial insurance and understand doula care may be covered under California AB 904. I'd like to first use my insurance benefit if possible. For any out-of-pocket portion, my budget is approximately $4,000 for postpartum support. First-time mother, IVF pregnancy, currently under OB-GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) care due to advanced maternal age (38). Planning a hospital birth. Open to natural birth but following medical guidance. Due date: January 20, 2027. I would especially value postpartum support, as I don't have family nearby.

We are open to either daytime support or overnight support, depending on the candidate’s experience and schedule. We’d love to connect with someone who has experience with: * Newborn care and soothing * Feeding support / bottle routines * Safe sleep practices * Helping first-time parents build confidence * Light baby-related household support, such as washing bottles, baby laundry, and organizing baby items * Overnight or daytime postpartum support Ideal candidate: * Lives near or regularly serves Mountain View / Palo Alto / Stanford * Has several years of postpartum doula, newborn care, nursing, lactation, or related experience * Comfortable working in English * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Has strong recent family references * Current infant CPR / First Aid certification preferred * Doula, newborn care, lactation, nursing, or related certifications preferred * TrustLine registered or willing to complete TrustLine * Comfortable following AAP-style safe sleep practices * Calm, kind, reliable, and supportive of first-time parents We would love to schedule a 20–30 minute intro call or video meeting to learn more about your approach, availability, rates, and whether it could be a good fit.
