Due date or baby's birthday: April 03, 2026
I plan to give birth at the Riverton Hospital. I have a low budget, hoping to use a sliding scale or get a discount. I am looking at $1000. I used epidurals my first two labors/delivieries but I am wanting to go the more "natural" route this time around and am looking for support in that. |

Emile is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, Lactation Consultant
|
Location: Stanfield, OR, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: May 21, 2026
Ideally I’d like to have my baby at a birth center but a hospital is fine. My husband is the type to freeze and not help where I need it most, so I need a doula to do a lot of the physical help and support. This is my second pregnancy. My first time was a very traumatic experience, and I’m just trying to do things differently so the outcome is pleasant and healing. I’m not rich, I’d like to see what the cheapest is. I want to have an unmediated birth ideally, Worship Music, tub, movement, aromatherapy, delayed cord clamping- having baby and placenta delivered and wait until all blood flow has transferred before clamping. No bath for baby. |

Caitlin is looking for Birth Doula
|
Location: American Fork, UT 84003, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: September 06, 2026
Plan to give birth at American Fork hospital. I'm 33 and this is my first pregnancy. My spine is fused from T4-L3, so I have concerns about an epidural, otherwise I would opt for that immediately. Neither my husband nor I really know what we're doing and I would like someone with experience helping guide me through the process and giving me pain relief techniques the whole time, instead of in and out like nurses. The hospital has bath tubs available, so I think I'll probably use that to labor, but we can't use them to deliver. I'm not opposed to having a medicated delivery, I'm just scared it won't work because of my hardware, so I would like backup plans. I have no idea what to expect for a budget. |

I’m looking for a Doula to support me in my first unmedicated birth at Alta view hospital. I received your contact information from Sarah Jane who did my wedding photos haha. I will just have my husband and a doula in the hospital room. I’m doing their simply birthing program so it has a bath and more home like environment. I’d love to meet to see if we are a good fit!! |

Celeste is looking for Birth Doula
|
Location: Sandy, UT 84094, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: April 04, 2026
Plan to give birth at Alta view hospital with minimal interventions and monitoring as needed. Tub laboring and nitrous oxide for pain management. Its my 2nd baby. I had a 2nd degree episiotomy done with my 1st and want to prevent tearing or a second episiotomy. I did fully unmedicated with my first but wished I had access to nitrous oxide to help relax a little from contractions but I did not and do not want an epidural. I want someone who is helpful and suggests movement and positions to help and someone who can explain medical decisions better if they come up and are needed. I want someone more proactive but not pushy. Someone who can help tell my husband what he can do to help in counter pressure and other methods. I have utah select health medicaid and am looking for a doula covered by medicaid. |

Liberty is looking for Childbirth Educator, Midwife, Birth Doula
|
Location: Vineyard, UT, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: November 05, 2026
This is our first baby, with the exception of a previous miscarriage. I don’t know exactly what my birth plan is or what should go into a birth plan. I just know I want it to be slow and calm as much as possible. I’m looking for someone who will take the time to help educate me more about pregnancy and birth and help find confidence in the process. I’d like someone who can act as more of a mother figure guiding me. I want to focus on health and nutrition throughout my pregnancy. I need someone who will let my husband be 100% involved and is more about enabling us with knowledge and confidence to make our own decisions. So, someone who is calm and has a lot of patience. |

We are planning on a hospital birth at the University of Utah. If covered by insurance, we will rely on the Regence BCBS budget. We plan for an unmedicated birth but are open to nitrous for pain management and in worst case scenarios will listen to medical advice on induction/pain mgmt/c-section. I'm transgender and prefer LGBTQ+ friendly providers with experience with trans parents. We are covered by regence blue cross blue shield through the university of utah. |

Hailey is looking for OB-GYN, Midwife, Birth Doula
|
Location: Vineyard, UT 84057, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: June 23, 2026
I would prefer a home birth, but understand that some complications may change that, if any show up in the pregnancy. We're hoping to stay under $5000. I want to try for a natural birth, using essential oils to help with pain and bleeding. I think a water birth could be nice. I just don't want tp lay on my back, as that has never been comfortable for me, even before pregnancy. I dont want to interfere with things to make them go faster. I would like my body to be properly dilated at its own pace, and birth the placenta when it is ready to come out, rather than tugging the umbilical cord. I do not want to pull the baby's head for a one push delivery. I think a two push delivery is safe, if the baby doesn't completely exit first push. |

Isabella is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Clearfield, UT, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: July 09, 2026
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I want to have a natural birth with delayed cord clamping. Needs to work with Tricare west- they mention that authorized doulas must meet specific certification, training, and experience requirements, including certification from approved organizations like DONA, CAPPA, or ICEA, and signing a participation agreement. Overall would like to get some preparation before/after birth + assistance during birth. |

|
Location: Holladay, UT, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: June 02, 2026
Giving birth at IMC in Murray, in June, to a little boy! Willing to be a bit flexible in cost depending on what’s offered. Don’t really know the average. I want help creating a birth plan if possible. I know some things I want (golden hour, natural as much/long as possible, not to a miserable point though, etc) but also would love to be educated on my options. Would love to be educated or guided through laboring and birthing positions, breathing techniques, just really any tips or tricks as a first time mom, I am super interested in ways my partner can help/ be included especially during labor and birth, etc. Would love someone who can help with peace of mind around vaccine do’s and don’t’s, nursing tips, etc. Overall just want someone to help calm the anxiety of all the new unknowns and make me feel more safe and confident! |

Jack is looking for Mental Health Therapist, Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84102, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: September 25, 2026
My wife and I are expecting our first child in Late September. We have family here in the valley but we've been advised on the benefits of hiring a doula for both the birthing and postpartum phases. My wife has expressed to me the difficulties she's had with managing anxieties about things that can go wrong so any resources we can use to prepare for both pre and post partum depression would be something we're interested in too. We'd like to have those resources identified and ready to take advantage of before we need them. We are currently planning on scheduling the birth at IMC. |
