I want to do a water bath birth and have complete holistic and clean eating and nourishment along the journey while still working out and trying to be the best I can be physically and mentally.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I would like to find a Doula who is in network with TRICARE. I would like to labor as long as possible at home before going to the hospital and then wait or avoid medication. I am open to an epidural and pain meds however, if my body is telling me, I need them.

I have no clue on where I want to give birth I just know I want good nurses that love their job and a female doctor delivering our baby. Hello, I am actually a doula (a newbie) working in Southeast Ohio. I was recently contacted by a couple in Athens Ohio who are looking for a doula, but they are both deaf. I do not know ASL, so I am searching for other doulas in Ohio who may have the skills to communicate with them and support them more effectively and who are willing to travel to Athens.
