My numbers are great so I don’t have to take in medicine or insulin for this. I want as close to a natural birth as I can get. I want to use hypnobirthing techniques throughout my labor as well as little to no interventions unless of an emergency. My current doctor is saying I have to schedule an induction at 39 weeks and I need help navigating what is 100% necessary versus a recommendation as I am a first time mom.
