Winnie Palmer in Orlando Not sure what kind of budget this requires I have heard that a lot of insurances have started to cover doulas so hoping for that I want to do unmedicated and as natural as possible. I have everything I’m wanting to do written down but I want someone to help advocate for us so we don’t have to worry about it

I am hoping to have a VBAC if possible. I am currently 11 weeks with an almost 10 month old. I plan to give birth at Holmes in Florida

1. Birth location is a hospital (PHRC) 2. $2500 approx. Unsure of the usual cost. 3. Unmedicated, the least amount of interventions as possible, calm but fun environment. Little to no visitors.

I am looking for a support/advocate person to be with me at the hospital when I give birth. OBs cannot promise I will know who delivers me so having someone that knows what I want and need is important to me. I am looking for the least amount of interventions as possible. In need of doula services for going into labor and delivery. Previous back surgery and hardware in my back yet I was able to deliver naturally with my first. It still was somewhat traumatic in a lot of ways like giving birth on my back, pain, blood loss and tearing. They kept me for almost 4 days to make sure I was okay. I came out of it pretty dizzy and almost fainting trying to walk to the bathroom. If there is any additional support I can get I need to try. Budget is around 500-1000. Hopefully insurance or payment plans are available. Im also looking for an acupuncturist to manage my pain. I have a toddler at home that will be missing her mommy if I cant show up for her and new baby as need be. Breastfeeding also puts me in severe pain with my back and I need to be able to manage it postpartum with continuing treatment. So far ive had medical massage 3 times with my pregnancy to manage my sciatica and it has helped immensely. Looking to expand on my pain management in these last 2 months and going forward with the right guidance and someone with years of experience.

I would like a doula that speaks Spanish, I only need it for the birth, it is what I need most because I will be alone and I do not speak English. Whether for Rochester or Buffalo, and preferably that you accept Medicaid insurance.
