I plan to give birth at St. Joesphs hospital in Towson, MD. I would like to find a doula who is in-network with Cigna insurance. I don't have a birth plan just yet.

First time mom, first pregnancy, so wildly uneducated in all of it! Would prefer to give birth at home or birthing center, hospital as last resort.
