I’m not really sure I know what to do is I do not have a birth plan at this time. My doctor kind of told me I don’t need one. I have not taken any classes yet.

Considering hiring a doula to help me cope alongside my husband, because, wow, it’s so needed! Squeezing some combs wasn’t cutting it last time!
