I’m not sure which hospital out of loma linda, rancho, or Kaiser riverside so I’d like help with that decision as well. My goal is to experience as little pain as possible. I am open to induction and would prefer to receive an epidural as early as medically appropriate so that I don’t feel intense pain. If I go into labor naturally, I would like to receive the epidural promptly once I arrive at the hospital. I’m planning to give birth at a hospital and I’m looking for a doula who can support a calm, empowering, and informed birth experience. I’d like someone who can help advocate for me, communicate clearly with medical staff, and keep me grounded emotionally and mentally throughout labor.
