I’m reaching out because I have been dealing with some significant health issues while pregnant and not sure how my birth plan will go now, I will need extra support after the baby arrives so I can rest and recover. I’m interested in night-doula care maybe starting out with about two weeks of support to begin with.

I would like someone with 5+ years experience with newborns. Someone who is experienced with newborns who need support feeding (sitting upright, chin support), someone who is familiar with gassy/reflux babies, someone who is familiar with sleep trainings. I had a very traumatic birth and my husband and I are struggling to heal while trying to be up with our newborn at night.
