We're not committed to a budget at this stage but standard rates recommend~$30-$40 per hour (8=10 hours per night shift - 10pm-7am) with the most critical days/weeks being those first 6 weeks. We would expect needing an NCS for 5 nights a week to support and educate us first time parents on feedings, sleep schedules etc and would re-evaluate if continued support is needed.
