I am looking for someone who can care for my baby’s needs overnight! I would need a Nanny starting from 4:30pm and the end time would vary daily with 5:30am being the latest. My daughter is almost 3 months. I do breast feed and I have milk and a frozen milk storage so she can feed at any time! My daughter is not on a sleep schedule yet, but sleeps mostly during the early morning and on and off throughout the day. I don’t really have an estimated budget this is my first child so I’m not sure of the rates of nannies. I just want to have someone that is experienced with babies and that I am comfortable with to care for my child while I work. I work Tuesday through Friday, but sometimes I will take an extra day off throughout the week so it will be 3-4 days a week needed most of the time the full 4 days

I am unable to help midweek, at night with the baby because I have to get up for work, and my wife is struggling to get sleep because the baby won't sleep for more than an hour at a time and refuses to go back to sleep sometimes keeping her up all night. We are both falling into a depression due to lack of sleep and need at least 1 night mid week to catch ourselves up.
