My husband and I are specifically looking for an overnight caregiver with newborn specialty care training for our newborn daughter when we both head back to work. She was born 4 weeks early (01/15/2026), so will likely not be sleeping in long stretches by the time we return to work, which will be a little challenging for us. We are hoping to find someone who is able to help continue sleep training (creating healthy sleeping habits) for about a month - 6 weeks starting 03/30/2026. We would like the caregiver to be CPR certified and have previous experience with overnight caregiving. We would like someone to work somewhere between 4 and 6 days a week (depending on caregiver availability) and for budget would be looking to pay $35-$55/hour

I'll be delivering two twin girls via c-section at Presbyterian downtown. My husband and I are looking for weekly overnight support with feeding (burping changing), light housecleaning as needed and mostly just lightening the night time load once a week (or twice) so that my husband and I can get a restful sleep. Our budget is flexible as we'd like this to last a couple months and will be away in Canada for 2 months over the summer but would probably continue in Sept-Dec depending on how well matched and helpful the service is. Bonus qualities would be any lactation or sleep training expertise to support us further.
