About Scarlett
My name is Scarlett, and I’m a military wife and mom to 4. I am passionate about all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond and I would love to be able to connect with you and answer any questions you may have or support you in any area that you need support. My goal is for women to embrace birth and not fear it! Birth is beautiful and your body is capable and strong!

Birth Doula Services
2 Prenatal Visits Multiple resources and handouts on all related subjects. 24/7 Support By Phone and/or Email. On call starting at 37 weeks. Support During Labor (at home, hospital, or birthing center). Will stay 2-3 hours postpartum. 2 Postpartum Visits *Backup Doula will be provided in the case of an Emergency or Sickness.
Virtual Birth Doula Package 1
Up to 5 hours of virtual support during labor. Monthly video chat support sessions from hire until birth. Weekly video chat support sessions for the first 3 weeks postpartum. 24/7 communication with your doula.
Virtual Labor Doula Package 2
- Monthly video chat support sessions from
- hire until 36 weeks.
- Weekly video chat support sessions
- from 36 weeks until birth.
- Virtual support of labor, birth, and postpartum. Weekly video chat support
- sessions for the first 6 weeks postpartum. 24/7 communication with your doula.
Digital Doula Packet
- Not everyone may be comfortable chatting
- over the phone or via video chat but may still
- want some of the information and tips for
- pregnancy, birth, postpartum etc. Our
- "message only" package will include - * my
- personal phone number and email to
- message me any and all questions you may
- have. A packet with tons of information,
- tips, birth positions, and more sent to your
- house. * Access to the above from
- pregnancy until 2 weeks postpartum.
Photography Services
With my photography, I have, and always will be about families. I have received my diploma in photography, and I would be happy to capture some amazing memories for you, through photography, on top of working as your doula.
Postpartum Planning
Support should never end after your baby is born. The 4th trimester is so important and in some ways, you need the most support during this time. In this package, we will create a postpartum plan together. Some topics may include - Recovery, Infant Feeding, Self care, and goals. Includes 2 sessions.
Birth Plan Consults
We will create a birth plan that is just for you, and it can be passed on to everyone involved in your birth. Although birth plans don't always go as expected, having one greatly increases the likelihood of a positive birthing experience and gives you peace of mind before and during labor.
What to expect
As a professional Doula, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. Whether you are Interested in just chatting, or would like to work with me as your doula, I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and postpartum as well. I offer traditional in person and virtual doula services as well as postpartum planning and birth plan consults.
