I'm giving birth at a hospital but would love support for postpartum. I received support postpartum for my first and I think it helped my mental health immensely during that first month. I am looking for something similar for the second time around. My birth plan isn't really detailed, just push against inductions, pitocin or c-sections unless they are medically necessary. I want to give birth vaginally again and use movement and different positions for as long as I can before pain meds. I did get an epidural the first time and it went fantastically so I am not against them. I don't know what to budget as I don't know what these services cost around my area.
