I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I am diabetic so I don’t have much options as to where I give birth. I want to go unmedicated and am a huge believer in going natural with minimum medical intervention unless absolutely necessary. I don’t have a currently estimate this is my first birth so I don’t know what numbers I’m looking at but am open to whatever as long as I’m getting the knowledge and care I can get. My birth plan is ofc very peaceful music (religious preferably but also non religious music) in the background with minimum lighting or some galaxy lighting to help distract my brain, minimum medical intervention and just lots of support🥺

Hello, I am planning to birth with Mountain Miracles Midwifery the last week of June of 2026 (envisioning another home water birth). I live in Frederick, Colorado, and am not sure if you’d be available to travel that distance. I also am specifically looking for - placenta encapsulation - sentimental keepsakes made from the umbilical cord & placenta (i.e. I previously had a dream catcher made from my umbilical cord from my first birth) - belly binding - perhaps some postpartum ancient foods known to help with the healing process Is this something that you offer? My wife and I are expecting our little girl on July 6 and want to find a certified Doula to help support my wife during the birthing process as well as postpartum. We are planning for an at home water birth and have hospitals near by if needed. We will be working with Mountain Miracles Midwifery while also using UC Health Services.

I have Colorado Medicaid and am looking for a doula or midwife who is covered through colorado medicaid. This is my third pregnancy. My first two were delivered via c-sections with Dr. Ware at memorial hospital. I planned a natural birth with my first but developed preeclampsia towards the end which called for a C-section after the pitocin disturbed her heart rate. The second pregnancy I didn’t want a c-section but towards the end the doctor suggested that it would be the best route due to the history of my first pregnancy. With this pregnancy she announced that c-section would be the plan again but I would really like to see if I’m able to do a natural birth. I’m not high risk for anything. And my blood pressure is okay.

I’m interested in having a doula with me at my delivery to help with physical, informational, emotional, advocacy, & partner support. Things such as breathing techniques & massagesc, maybe affirmations or general help with anxiety. Helping me to understand medications & procedures also making sure I’m not being pressured into avoidable procedures & other things. Overall advocacy support, making sure my birthing plan is being followed. By partner support I mean helping my significant other be included & us both calm & level headed. Pretty much just another educated companion to help me have a better birthing outcome.

I’m currently receiving care through UCHealth, but I’ve had some experiences that made me feel uncomfortable, so I’m exploring other hospital options as well. Having someone I trust by my side during this process is really important to me. I’d love support with education, emotional reassurance, and guidance during labor—especially someone who can explain what’s normal, help me stay calm, and provide encouragement and positive affirmations throughout. I’m really looking for someone who will help me feel safe, informed, and confident every step of the way. My birth preferences are a calm, supportive environment with clear communication about what’s happening and why. I’d like to be able to move freely during labor, try different positions, and have guidance with breathing and pain management. I’m somewhat open to medical interventions if necessary. I would also like continuous support, encouragement, and reassurance throughout the process. After birth, I’d prefer immediate skin-to-skin contact without cord clamping until cord is white, no wiping of the vernix and would like to skip all medicines and vaccines unless my child's life is in danger.

Home water birth First pregnancy We do not have an Idea for the budget yet

I would like to do a home birth. I have had three natural unmedicated birth but I have a history of preeclampsia post birth. I’m unsure of my budget. I just would like have a smoother birth experience

We plan to give birth at Boulder birth and holistic health. We are hoping to find a Doula for around $1000 or less. We plan to try for a natural birth at a birthing center.

I plan to give birth in a hospital setting. But I currently am in sure about which hospital I will be using. At the moment I will be going to Weatherford hospital. But we are moving to the outside of Jacksboro. I am not sure about a budget. I plan on having a natural birth and my goal is to do everything unmedicated. With this being my first time I am not sure. We’re hoping for someone experienced and patient with first time parents that also has knowledge or access to a network that can consult on lactation, night nanny services, etc. Insurance is BlueCross BlueShield Anthem.
