Hospital birth, need help with postpartum care and new born

Hi! I’m inquiring about sleep care and/or postpartum doula. I’ve never had one in my prior pregnancies. My oldest (3) sleeps well but my middle (2) doesn’t sleep throughout the night(and still co sleeps with me) He’s not on a schedule. My goal is to have both toddlers on a schedule to prepare for their sibling next summer. Also, to help them with basic postpartum needs after baby arrives.

We are looking for a postpartum doula or sleep trainer to provide overnight care while we struggle to sleep train one of our twins. It has been two months since we tried sleep training and one twin sleeps twelve hours no problem, but the other still cries throughout many nights and it’s become too much for us to handle without overnight support. They were born on april 30th but their due date was June 16th (almost 7 months adjusted age). We are trying a new gentler method but it is taking some time to see if it will be effective or not. Hourly rate negotiable based on education and experience. Ongoing employment with childcare and household duties also possible once sleep training is successful.

We have a five and a half month old baby girl, Isla, who we are looking to get some sleep coaching from. Most nights she is up 3-4 times needing to be held and needing formula. Naps 3 times a day usually (9, 0100 and 0400 ish). Bed around 6-7pm after our routine.
