I plan to give birth in a hospital and am currently exploring options, with a preference for a provider familiar with the Nashville area and local hospitals. As a first-time mom, I would love a doula who provides both emotional and educational support before, during, and immediately after birth. I’m hoping for a birth experience that is informed, calm, and empowering. While I am open to medical interventions if necessary, I would like support in labor comfort techniques, advocacy, and understanding my options throughout the process. I am interested in a certified doula with experience supporting first-time parents. A warm, patient, and reassuring personality is very important to me.
