I want to have a water birth and also i want to have a calm birth

I am planning a VBA2C at a hospital. Our budget is very limited but we have insurance. I would like a natural vaginal birth.

My ideal birth plan is an at home water brith. I currently live in Louisville Kentucky, and based on my understanding of state law, I would need either a CPM or CNM. While I would prefer to have an unmedicated home birth, my ultimate priority is the safety of my child. I am looking for someone or a team of midwives who would be comfortable transferring me to a hospital if they deemed it necessary for the health of the child. I just recently found out I was pregnant, and have not looked extensively into the cost of giving birth, so I am open as far as cost goes.

I’m looking for a midwife instead of an OBGYN. I plan to give birth in a hospital but unmedicated. My birth plan is to try and go without the epidural and successfully have my baby lol.

I am wanting to go natural without any medication, Pain traversing that may push labor faster.
