I need a midwife to help me through my pregnancy and birth of my child. I want to give birth at home. I would say my budget is around 2-4 thousand. I want to have a water birth.

I plan to give birth at home. I have birthed two prior babies at home back in Puerto Rico. We are US citizens but this is my first time living in the main land, in Texas. My first home birth was $2,500 and my second because I used the same midwife services and she already knew me I paid $1,800. I dont know how things work here in the US so im not sure about “budget”. I had one birth on land and another on water. I liked both but would like to birth in water again for this third baby. I am Planning on not finding out the gender to have a birth gender reveal and it be a surprise to us since we already have one boy and one girl.

I recently found out I was pregnant and looking for a midwife for myself.

This will be my 4th child and I just want to stay home. The rush to the hospital is stressful and I am over all the poking and prodding while your in labor so they can get you all hooked up to monitors and ivs. I do not know how much it costs to have a homebirth and midwife and what all having a baby at home entails.
