I have scoliosis and want to get in contact with a physical therapist that can help me prepare for the strain on my back through pregnancy and childbirth. I also would like to have a doula that can help me through an unmedicated labor/delivery. I am planning to do either a hospital or birthing center for my birth. I'd like to have as little intervention as possible, though I also have had some surgeries on my cervix so there's a chance there could be complications from that, and I may need intervention depending on how my cervix does through pregnancy.

Want to give birth at hospital, or birthing center. Want to have a natural water birth. Insurance is Medicaid. I want to understand what I can do to help have the best birthing experience possible. No c-section. No- epidural.

Our budget for a doula is ideally around $1,000 The best fit is someone who is intuitive and has a natural gift for this work (water moon signs and past life experiences as a mother or doula are a bonus ;) hahah) I want to feel we are connected in a deeper way, plus we might want to work with you again for my future babies. If this job is viewed as just another momma/ client than we may not be the best fit. We prefer someone English speaking I would like you to support me postpartum with 2-8 visits where you can bring me nourishing pads, Epsom salt soaks, foot rubs, baby support, etc. I hope you can also support my partner during birth, guiding him through the process and what/say to me if it feels needed.

I would like to try for a home birth. I have had 2 previous c-sections followed by a successful natural VBA2C. I would like to do an unmedicated birth again. I have a very low budget as this baby was unplanned so I do not have a lot of savings set aside for this situation.

I am hoping to find a doula that will assist me in my birth/delivery. I am very financially strapped so while I’m looking for “probono” help I do have an open mind that I may not obtain free help. I have select health insurance which I’m not sure how much if it covers doulas at all. I will be delivery my third child at LDS hospital in SLC. I plan do go natural with natural tools and practices like hypnotherapy, breathing, visualizing, made and counter pressure to help me. If needed I will take nitrous oxide during the transition/ring of fire phase. I would love someone to be there for me and support and advocate for my needs and requests.

I will be giving birth to my 3rd child and this is my 4th pregnancy. I will be planning to give birth at my hospital birthing center if I still qualify under their requirements. I have never hired a doula, so this is all new to me. my last birthing center provided one as part of giving birth at the center, but after discharge i was never given any doula care PP. i am planning for a second natural birth, and would love to work with a doula to help support those needs (education, support, encouragement, etc.).

This is my third pregnancy and my postpartum experience the previous two times were circles of hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. After my first birth, I experienced severe postpartum depression. After my second, nature threw me a curveball and I had postpartum anxiety. Physically, I recovered well each time. I'm looking for a postpartum doula (or therapist, though that is less hands-on than I would prefer) who can assist my mental postpartum recovery while caring for my newborn and adjusting to being a mom of three. Part of that will include being present with my two sons (4 and 2 years old) in the early stages of my daughter's life. I also want to learn how to better manage the mental and emotional changes I'll inevitably experience, including how that overlaps with physical activity and nutrition. I don't know what all I will need and am interested in having conversations about what my options are. This includes discussing budget.

Im Asly! and the whole reason why i’m looking for a doula is because i want to make a decision weather im having a natural birth or not, truly talk with an expert and see if thats what i want for my birth! and if that’s the case i know i will need a team with an amazing doula!

I’m planning to give birth at Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah, and I’m hoping to find a doula who can support me through this very personal and delicate experience. My budget is ideally $2,200 or less, depends on the doulas experience. I’m hoping to have a natural delivery if possible, and I’m looking for a doula who is not only supportive during labor but also an educator. I would really value someone who can help me understand what my body is going through, prepare me for different stages of labor, and teach me coping techniques and ways to stay calm and confident. This will be a new and emotional experience for me, so I’m looking for someone who will make me feel safe, heard, and supported while also respecting my wishes and helping me advocate for the birth experience I’m hoping for.

I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd and last baby. Either my first I gave birth to her under 6 hours with limited medication. With my second I had an extremely traumatic forced unmedicated birth not so to medical complications but due to a doctor who made a decision without my consent nor my husband’s. My second birth was 4 hours long. My deliveries are getting shorter so If avoidable I do not want to give birth in a hospital again.
