I am completely new to this. I would normally have my mom with me during labor as this is my first baby but my mom passed away 5 years ago and my sisters all live out state and some emotional and physical support would be nice. I would like to give birth in a hospital but without any medical interventions. I have no budget because I am so new to this.

We'd ideally give birth in home as natural as possible. We'd also like exercises and other advice during the pregnancy. Encapsulation of the placenta would be great!

I am looking for a doula who can support me emotionally, physically, and mentally throughout labor, birth, and immediately postpartum. Help with placenta encapsulation.
