I provide professional, nurturing overnight newborn care to help families get the rest and recovery they need during the early weeks and months of parenthood. As a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Doula, and Certified Sleep Conditioning Specialist, I bring experience, knowledge, and compassionate support to every family I serve. Overnight services include: * Attentive newborn care throughout the night * Feeding, burping, diaper changes, and soothing * Swaddling and settling techniques * Support with establishing healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits * Safe sleep practices * Bottle and breast pump part washing * Light nursery tidying * Overnight feeding, diaper, and sleep logs * Morning updates and newborn care guidance for parents My goal is to provide families with peace of mind knowing their little one is receiving attentive, loving care while parents have the opportunity to rest. Standard booking: 8–12 hours per night.

Do parents need to provide a bed for overnight care?

Yes. For overnight shifts, families are required to provide a comfortable, private sleeping space with a bed for me to rest when the baby is sleeping and does not require care. A safe and comfortable sleeping arrangement is important for ensuring I am well rested and able to provide attentive care throughout the night.

What certifications do you have?

I am a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and Doula, and I am also certified in Sleep Conditioning. I bring specialized newborn care knowledge and experience to support both babies and their families during the postpartum period.

Do you help establish healthy sleep habits?

Yes! I provide guidance on newborn sleep patterns, sleep cues, soothing techniques, and age-appropriate sleep routines. My approach focuses on healthy sleep foundations that are appropriate for your baby’s developmental stage.

Do you provide feeding support?

Yes. I can assist with bottle-feeding, paced bottle-feeding when requested and appropriate, burping, and overnight feeding routines. I also support breastfeeding families by bringing the baby to the mother for nursing and assisting with settling the baby afterward.

Do you work with twins or multiples?

Yes, I am open to discussing overnight newborn care for twins or multiples. Rates and scheduling will be customized based on the family’s needs and the level of care required.

How far in advance should I book your services?

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally during pregnancy, to help secure your preferred dates and schedule. However, I welcome inquiries from families who need support sooner, depending on my availability.
