About Stephanie

Hi my name is Stephanie Zelembaba and I am a Naturopathic Doctor and co-owner of Abaton integrative medicine. I have a special focus in perinatal (from family planning through postpartum) and pediatric (from newborn to teens) care. Along with my Naturopathic practice, I teach HypnoBirthing prenatal classes (in-person and virtual, group and private) - helping expectant mamas (and their birth companions) develop the tools to have a calm, safe and as comfortable as possible birth. I am also a trained Naturopathic Doula, providing parent's-to-be with labour preparation and day-of labour support.
