I want to try and have a natural birth, I’ve never done this before so I’m open to anything and creating a birth plan with someone

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I attend North Valley women’s care but I just moved to Arizona and I’m very nervous about birth due to the reviews on hospitals around. I only have acchs insurance right now and not working. I am also an African American women on baby 3 so I would like someone who at least is familiar with my background. I just want someone who can listen to my needs and wants and just show up for me and coach me through this time in my life.

I need assistance with natural birth with my first baby. I don’t have to option to have an epidural due to back issues, so I just need coaching while i’m going through the birthing process. I don’t have a budget in mind yet. But I do have birth plan specifics: delayed cord clamping, no vaccines in the first 24 hours, let my placenta fall naturally and we are keeping it, leave the vernix on the baby, and if i’m not high risk no continuous fetal monitoring. I will be giving birth in the hospital.

My experience with my doula there was amazing and I don’t think I would have been able to manage the pain without her.
