Included is MP3 relaxations and guided relaxations to practice at home, additional fact sheets, positive birth videos, birth and post partum planning tools, a work book, access to an online learning course designed and delivered by The Birth Uprising - this course is to use at home as revision and is 12 hours long (usually £45 to buy) and importantly, unlimited support from myself via text and email and additional zoom top ups are available!This course offers you all the essentials and more, with a no nonsense approach to birthing, no role playing, chanting or making people uncomfortable in session either! A 6 hour antenatal and birth preparation Masterclass, specialising in hypnobirthing principles. As this course is 121 we will schedule the sessions to fit diaries. I offer evening and weekend sessions. On the course you will learn the principles of hypnobirthing and how to apply them to the rest of your pregnancy and in birth.
