Want to learn how to latch without a nipple shield. Child was born premature and I was told that due to having large breasts the child would not be able to latch without the shield.
Prefer experience with Velamentous Cord Insertion (VCI) and advanced maternal age. Also prefer Doula who accepts medicaid (Jefferson Health Plans) but not a requirement. Thank you!

Help breast feeding I was Exclusively pumping for the first 3 weeks he finally decided to latch but has a shallow latch and I’m struggling to get him to latch better.
