Greetings!! It's such a pleasure to support families both locally and globally as a Global Maternal & Infant Health Specialist. As a Naturopath and Learning Midwife, I use my experience to support families with various needs (primarily virtual). I am available to provide virtual Holistic Childbirth Education to families, Maternal Health Education workshops, Newborn education and Perinatal Emotional Support.

I offer sacred, holistic support for families preparing to welcome new life. As a Holistic Childbirth Educator, Birth Coach, and Family Health Consultant, I serve your area virtually—bringing preparation, confidence, and calm to every birth journey, whether at home, in a center, or a hospital. I also serve as a Perinatal Emotional Support Counselor, walking with mothers and families through the emotional landscapes of pregnancy and postpartum. With a foundation in chaplaincy, spiritual care, and emotional wellness facilitation, my approach honors the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or seeking deeper support this time around—I’m here to help you feel informed, grounded, and held. Because birth is not just a moment—it’s a transformation. And you don’t have to walk it alone.

The Thriving Mother 1-1 Emotional Support

For the Mother You’re Becoming—Not Just the One You’ve Been. Whether you’re a first-time mother or deep into your parenting journey, postpartum is a season of profound change—emotionally, physically, spiritually. It’s more than “bouncing back”—it’s about becoming, again and again. This 3–12 month counseling program is designed to support mothers navigating the layered transitions of postpartum life. From identity shifts and relationship dynamics to body changes and mental load—we hold space for all of it. We meet twice monthly for 90-minute sessions (or more if needed), creating a rhythm of care where you can breathe, reflect, and receive. Each session is a safe container for healing, embodiment, and truth-telling. You’ll be supported in: ✨ Reclaiming your voice after birth ✨ Creating new rhythms of rest and nourishment ✨ Processing grief, guilt, joy, and the in-betweens ✨ Naming your needs without apology ✨ Feeling held—not just as a mother, but as a whole woman You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you're preparing for a home birth, birth center, or hospital delivery, this 5-session course is designed to equip the entire family with the knowledge, confidence, and cultural grounding to journey through birth with intention and care. We center the whole you—body, mind, spirit—and create space for partners, siblings, aunties, and support people to understand the sacred process of labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.
