About me

I’m Zhané (Z) a nanny, part future pediatric neurologist, and full-time child enthusiast! I’m currently in school working toward my career in pediatric neurology, but for the past five years, my heart (and hands) have been fully in the world of childcare. I’ve worked with kiddos from brand-new newborns to big, independent teens, and I absolutely love meeting them at every stage. I’m VPK certified, a trained night doula with Let Mommy Sleep, and especially passionate about caring for autistic and neurodivergent children, helping them feel understood and empowered. I’m definitely not new to this work. I come with plenty of experience, a calm and playful energy, and a “how can I help?” mindset. I’m totally comfortable with pets, happy to handle a few light household tasks, and always up for a dance party, story time, or science experiment. As a certified night nanny(overnight newborn specialist, night doula) through Let Mommy Sleep, I provide the loving overnight care so parents can rest and recover. While you sleep, I care for your newest addition; handling feedings (breast or bottle), diaper changes, soothing, and safe sleep monitoring throughout the night. I also offer help with newborn routines, gentle sleep shaping, light housework, and keeping detailed logs of baby’s feedings, sleep, and changes for your peace of mind. Whether you need a full night's rest, support through a growth spurt, or just someone to lean on during the fourth trimester, I'm here to make the nights feel a little lighter and more manageable.
