My passion is guiding new moms through the process of breastfeeding, easing their anxieties, and ensuring a positive lactation journey. I want you to thrive as a new mom! As a mom of twins myself, I specialize in helping moms of multiples, building your supply and juggling pumping with your back to work plans. If you are wanting evidence-based information and someone to help you where you are, I am your IBCLC. My name is Theresa Holland I am experienced hospital-based certified maternity educator and lactation consultant. I am quick to answer a text and set up a tele-health call to answer your questions. For those who live fairly close to Carmel IN, I can help with home visits where I bring a scale to weigh baby before and after nursing to give you objective information and real answers!
