I am Dr. Grace. I specialize in healing the deepest parts of ourselves. My practice is guided by equity, safety, and pleasure of all persons. This level of healing requires breaking down internal beliefs of not-enoughness. It is activism and liberation of the Self through the pelvis. This takes conscious awareness of the ancestoral lineage and collective traumas. Loving the You in your pelvis involves grounding, centering in your unique, freely expressed You. I like to think of the pelvis as a point of meeting between the heavens and the earth. I practice healing through Physical Therapy specializing in Women’s Health with an emphasis in Pelvic Health and Obstetric Health. Through trauma informed Medical Yoga Therapy TM, body/mind/spirit movement, breathwork, energy work, Compassionate Inquiry TM, Somatic ExperiencingTM, and various manual therapy techniques, I support relational deep healing. I came to this work through my own experiences with pelvic dysfunction, trauma, and pain. I learned how to give what I always needed.

Hello! My name is Sana’a, and I am a certified postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting new parents and their little ones. My goal is to provide compassionate, hands-on care that nurtures both the baby and the family as they adjust to this transformative stage of life. With a background in childcare, I have had the privilege of caring for newborns to teenagers. As an art teacher, I introduced children to the joys of knitting and crocheting, fostering creativity and patience in a fun, hands-on way. I also have two years of live-in personal assistant experience, where I developed skills in meal prepping, daily cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and schedule management—skills that seamlessly support my work as a postpartum doula. I am committed to creating a calm, organized, and nurturing environment for new parents. Whether it’s assisting with newborn care, meal preparation, emotional support, or helping parents establish a routine, I take pride in easing the transition into parenthood. I love this work because I believe that when families feel supported, they thrive—and nothing is more rewarding than being part of that journey.

Hi! I'm Shaina Brickner from West Los Angeles :) I am an IBCLC and RN, with 7 years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. I transitioned to working as a lactation consultant when I realized that my true passion is educating new parents on all the options they have when it comes to breastfeeding their babies. I have 3 children whom I breastfed each for over a year, and each breastfeeding journey was so unique. I love to help new parents navigate the crazy new world of parenthood through birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care classes and postpartum lactation visits. I offer home visits (if you're local to Los Angeles) as well as virtual and sometimes office visits. My favorite topics of discussion are pumping schedules when going back to work, tethered oral tissues (tongue tie/lip tie), combining sleep hygiene and breastfeeding. and managing supply issues.

Shaina was generous with her time. She was very pleasant to chat with and calm. I liked how she didn’t feel worried or anxious about things and it made me feel safe and trust her. As a mom in the midst of this, you can really be stuck in a spinning world trying to figure out solutions. The email she sent me afterwards was perfectly simple and detailed with a beautiful attachment with helpful tips and info on the plan we discussed and extra tips as well. Thank you so much!

Hello! My name is Diane Lim and I am a postpartum doula. I have two children of my own - two beautiful baby boys. I became interested in postpartum doula care when I was going through the postpartum season with my firstborn. I just thought to myself how there isn't enough support for women who are going through the biggest transition of their lives! I want moms of all life stages to feel supported and cared for.

Recent review

I received postpartum care from Diane with my firstborn and I'm so thankful I did! She was at my home 4 nights a week to take care of my newborn overnight while my husband and I got some much needed sleep. I only woke up to feed the baby as I was breastfeeding and Diane would burp, diaper, and put him back to sleep. I'm so glad I decided to take care of myself during this huge life changing transition.

Nikki is incredible! I met her when I was into my third trimester with my first. She was kind, knowledgeable, and hilarious. We trained together in preparation for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. It wasn’t just about physical strength, endurance, and control, but mental endurance and also down-regulation during times of stress. I also had the opportunity to train with her during my fourth trimester to help heal my pelvic floor and diastasis. Having a safe space for new moms and their babes was such a blessing. I can’t wait for Round 2!!

Hi, I'm Jaime! As a postpartum doula, PCD(DONA), I support new families with educational, emotional, and physical support. Within the unique needs of each family, I aim to establish an environment that promotes bonding, healing, and rest, while also educating on infant feeding, newborn care, family integration, baby milestones, and sleep. I also assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I have completed the following DONA International-approved training: Bini Birth DONA Approved Birth Doula Training (I'm now working solely as a postpartum doula), Sierra Childbirth Institute’s DONA International Postpartum Doula Training, Breastfeeding Basics for Doulas through Bini Birth, and Bini Birth's Childbirth Education Class. I am also excited about my journey towards becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and have completed both the LES (Lactation Education Specialist) course, and Lactation Consultant Education course, through Breastfeed LA. I am excited to use the knowledge I gained to provide extra support for the breast/chestfeeding relationships of new families. As a mother of two, this work is deeply important to me. I enjoy supporting families as they find their voices as new parents. I have a past enriched with supporting births as a birth doula, and bring firsthand experience to the full spectrum of birth preparedness, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I view my role as a doula as one that protects and holds sacred the journey of each family, knowing it will become a cherished memory for my clients.

Diane was my doula with my first baby and she was amazing. She took care of the baby so I could get some extra sleep at night and she also took care of me, whether it was helping me with pumping or swaddling. I feel like she gave me the tools to take care of my newborn and to be okay once she left. I can’t recommend her enough.

I hired Alex as my birth doula and postpartum doula. I really couldn't have done labor without her. She was so calm and level-headed and helped my husband know what was going on. After the baby came home she how to take care of me so that I could take care of our daughter. It was simple things but it meant the world to me.
