I am a mama of 3, deeply devoted to the sacred work of supporting women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Birth is my passion, my calling, my ministry—it is a profound honor to walk alongside women during this very transformational time. I believe that our bodies are designed for birth and that women should hold ultimate authority over their birth experience. My mission is to help women recognize their innate power, trust their instincts, and choose aligned support that empowers them to have a positive experience. As a woman who has experienced birth trauma within the system, I hold space for other women to process and heal from their own stories. I guide women in peeling back the layers of trauma and fear, helping them find their voice, reclaim their power, and birth on their terms. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or seeking healing after birth trauma, I am here to serve you. Birth is sacred, and every woman deserves to feel supported, seen, and powerful on her journey.
