My goal is to have as natural of a labor and delivery as possible, using breathing techniques, movement, and positioning to manage pain. Medical interventions would be my last resort, but I understand they may be necessary if there are safety concerns for me or my baby. I plan on giving birth at crown point Franciscan via VBAC I HAVE Indiana MEDICAID so whatever they would cover I want some medical intervention but I want help practicing different techniques that I can use to help me through the birth process without as much medical intervention.
