This will be our first and I *want* to labor and deliver at home with minimal intervention, though we'll see the further along I am how likely that will be. I have no idea on a budget, I'm more just looking at my options.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I really want someone to advocate for me. Budget could be around 800 My birth plan is to try and be as natural as possible. To be able to let my body do what’s necessary for baby to come earth side. I dont want any medical intervention unless its an emergency. I dont want to push on my back and I want to breath my baby out without couched pushing. I want my husband to be my rock and look after me with you on my side working with him. This is my first birth.

I’m wanting emotional and physical support before, during and after baby is born. I want to have a vaginal birth but I have a uterine abnormality that makes me higher risk for a breech baby so a C section may be necessary. Hello! My name is Cate Jackson. I am currently 32 weeks with my first baby, it’s a girl, and I am so excited to be a mom. I am feeling both nervous and excited about giving birth. It is 100% my goal to have a natural birth. I am looking for the support of an understanding Doula that can help me feel more confident about going the natural route in a safe setting, whether that’s a hospital or at home, and if at a hospital can help me advocate for myself about the interventions hospital staff are trained to provide for births. I am trying my best to work on techniques like breathing and learning different positions to make natural birth manageable for my first time. My fear is the unknown of what to expect even though I’ve watched so many videos and listened to so many podcasts, I think every body is different. I want my birth experience to be as low intervention as possible, however having someone besides my partner to guide me through the intensity of it all would be a life saver. It would be my dream to be at a birthing center but i have not had any luck finding one that we would be able to afford, or insurance would cover.
