Hospital: Little company of Mary Providence hospital Torrance, CA ESTIMATED Doula budget $ 3,000 I would like to give birth in the hospital, with low dose epidural. Minimal interventions, need coaching with breathing techniques. Prevent severe vaginal tears.

4-5 days a week for 6 hours a day. Support transitioning from 1 -2 kids. My son will be 3 years old, but he will be at preschool during the day. Our budget is $35-40 an hour. We have kaiser insurance, so it wold be a bonus if you are in network with them.

I gave a birth on March, 12th. It’s my first baby and I am looking for a night nanny/doula for a couple of days a week to have some rest from night shifts. My baby is sleeping most of the time during the day but she is restless during the night. I would love to get support in it, especially, at the very beginning.
