Hi! I'm loving for a midwife and home birth care. I'm VERY early in my 4th pregnancy. I have had 3 hospital births. 2 unmediated one with intervention my water broke 6 weeks premature. I was wanting to get a jump start on finding a provider that would work with me this go around.

I plan to give birth in Hanford Ca or Visalia Ca. This is my second baby, but had complications with first, including 48 hour labor, baby’s cord wrapped around neck and body, and I needed an episiotomy. After hours of hard pushing, I had an internal vaginal hepatoma that had to be drained and experienced pain for about 4 months. I have an HSA which I’d like to use, but can budget about $3k. I’d like to have a vaginal delivery again, but am scarred about how it went last time.

Well for starters, I need something that accepts my insurance. I’ve been thinking about delivering at home, but would like to get more info on that

I plan to give birth in a hospital in Fresno, CA. I do not know what my budget is. I want to avoid having an epidural during birth.

Im 28 on baby number 4 my 3 other kiddos are 3, 1 1/2, and 6 months old. I just got a positive test and I'm trying to figure out my options. Id like an unmedicated birth this time and always feel pressure at the hospital to get an epidural when I get to 7ish cm. the last two times I've given birth I was confident I could do it without the epidural but again felt pressured because they said it would spend the process up. ideally id like to have a home water birth.

1- I will give birth at Kaiser hospital in Fresno 2- I can be flexible with budget as long as I am given a reasonable estimate. 3- I plan a vaginal birth. This is my second birth. I had sulcus tear with the first vaginal birth 4 years ago, had to have a blood transfusion due to postpartum hemorrhage, and had a surgery to recover from these tears. I need support to eliminate the risk of similar tears with this birth. 4- I need a doula who has a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
