Hi, After my baby’s 4 month sleep regression, I’ve been struggling to put him to sleep. Now we’re sleeping late and waking up late (12 am to 12 pm). I’ve been trying to change it gradually, but it hasn’t been working, it takes me hours to put him to sleep and I’m not sure how to deal with this.

We are looking for assistance and aid with newborn postpartum care, particularly for overnight care, to help with the baby at night and with techniques for sleeping.

We are looking for a night nanny / doula that can help sleep train our 5 month old son. He is a very difficult sleeper that has become used to nursing to fall asleep. Sleep regression really started around the 4 month mark and has not gotten any better. Nights currently consist of waking every 2 hours and struggling to go back to sleep. Mom is having an extremely difficult time and needs help as soon as possible. Dad works full time and struggles to assist during the week. This is baby number 5, and we are at a loss. Budget at this point is whatever it takes to get a better sleeping baby.
