We are looking for a "sleep doula" or "night doula" to support us at night. We are hoping for care help and then assistance with sleep training.

Need a night doula or nanny to provide respite for my husband and I, one to two nights per week since our 3 month is waking up quite frequently overnight. We would also be interested in sleep training advice as well. Estimated budget $30-50 dollars per hour.

I have identical twin girls almost 6 months old, I have been sleeping on the couch for the last month because they do not like to sleep in their bassinet. I plan to give birth at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital and we live close by in western Wheat Ridge. My birth plan is fairly standard and medically supported. I plan to deliver in the hospital and expect to use pain management if needed. I’m generally hoping for a smooth, typical hospital birth without anything highly specialized in terms of preferences. We are looking for overnight support a few nights per week to help with newborn care so we can get some sleep and adjust during the first month. Responsibilities would ideally include feeding support, diapering, soothing the baby, and guidance for new parents if needed. I hope to breastfeed and would appreciate someone comfortable supporting either breastfeeding or bottle feeding as needed. Our budget is flexible, but we expect to be in the typical Denver-area range for experienced overnight newborn care specialists (approximately $35–$45 per hour depending on experience and certifications).
