This is my first time ever giving birth, and I would really like to work with a doula. I am interested in natural at-home delivery, if possible, and would like to learn about more methods and practices for preparation. I am 36 yo and on Medicaid due to a disability, however am medically stable and have had a low risk pregnancy so far.
