1. I plan to give birth in the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Fontana, Southern California. 2. I believe that my insurance plan covers twelve doula visits, or something comparable, as well as support during the birth. 3. I am very anxious and averse to pain, so I plan to get an epidural as soon as I need one. I do not want to give birth without an epidural.
