I plan to give birth at Mckay-Dee hospital. I am on Medicaid and looking for someone who is an approved provider through them. Looking for assistance at a natural birth. This will be my second birth and my first was traditional with an epidural.

I plan to birth in a hospital with a midwife. I want no medical interventions or vaccines. I want my husband to catch the baby and I never want the baby removed from the room.

I had a 2nd degree episiotomy done with my 1st and want to prevent tearing or a second episiotomy. I did fully unmedicated with my first but wished I had access to nitrous oxide to help relax a little from contractions but I did not and do not want an epidural. I want someone who is helpful and suggests movement and positions to help and someone who can explain medical decisions better if they come up and are needed. Plan to give birth at American Fork hospital. I'm 33 and this is my first pregnancy. My spine is fused from T4-L3, so I have concerns about an epidural, otherwise I would opt for that immediately. Neither my husband nor I really know what we're doing and I would like someone with experience helping guide me through the process and giving me pain relief techniques the whole time, instead of in and out like nurses. The hospital has bath tubs available, so I think I'll probably use that to labor, but we can't use them to deliver. I'm not opposed to having a medicated delivery, I'm just scared it won't work because of my hardware, so I would like backup plans. I have no idea what to expect for a budget.

This is our first baby, with the exception of a previous miscarriage. I don’t know exactly what my birth plan is or what should go into a birth plan. I just know I want it to be slow and calm as much as possible. I’m looking for someone who will take the time to help educate me more about pregnancy and birth and help find confidence in the process. I’d like someone who can act as more of a mother figure guiding me. I want to focus on health and nutrition throughout my pregnancy. I need someone who will let my husband be 100% involved and is more about enabling us with knowledge and confidence to make our own decisions. So, someone who is calm and has a lot of patience.

Intermountain health Layton Utah is where I will deliver my baby. I would like a natural birth.. 2,000 is top top of the budget. I am interested in hypnosis, coaching. English as language spoken, someone that will include my husband as he is very excited to participate. Experience in lactation, placenta encapsulation, and massage is a plush. Reiki is also something interesting to me. If they can help with postpartum meals, or cleaning that is a plus but not required. We live in Ogden utah. And no special circumstances besides it is my first baby!!!

We are planning on a hospital birth at the University of Utah. If covered by insurance, we will rely on the Regence BCBS budget. We plan for an unmedicated birth but are open to nitrous for pain management and in worst case scenarios will listen to medical advice on induction/pain mgmt/c-section. My wife and I are expecting our first child in Late September. We have family here in the valley but we've been advised on the benefits of hiring a doula for both the birthing and postpartum phases. My wife has expressed to me the difficulties she's had with managing anxieties about things that can go wrong so any resources we can use to prepare for both pre and post partum depression would be something we're interested in too. We'd like to have those resources identified and ready to take advantage of before we need them. We are currently planning on scheduling the birth at IMC.
