I plan to give birth at a hospital, not sure on budget, birth plan is do do integrative birth experience.

I am looking to give birth at the hospital but would really like a Doula to help advocate for me and how I want my birth to go with the least amount of intervention as possible. I am open to budget of up to $3,000. I would like to give birth in the hospital but with the least amount of intervention needed, no pitocin, delayed cord clamping, open to different birthing positions. I am still unsure of all birth plans as it is my first baby so I would love an experienced doula who can help guide me as well.

I am specifically interested in support that includes prenatal guidance and preparation, continuous labor and birth support, and postpartum care to assist with recovery, emotional well-being, and the transition into motherhood. Having consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate support throughout this entire journey is very important to me.

I plan on giving birth at either ocean medical center in brick, nj or jersey shore medical center in Neptune. I'm looking for someone who can help keep me calm during labor, advocate for me and explain to me my options, and provide different techniques during labor. I would like to receive pain meds but I also want to be able to move during labor. I'd like to avoid episiotomies of possible. I want a calm environment. I'm also looking for some support post partum to help transition into being a new mom. My budget is around $1,000.

I am new to the idea of having a doula. I would like to do more preparation work to hopefully have a smoother delivery. My first experience of childbirth, ended in a natural delivery that was forceps assisted, and I had 3+ hours of pushing before we decided between forceps or C section. I had to be induced after 11 days being overdue. I would hope that with this next pregnancy I can go naturally and have way less medications than I had the first time. I want to trust that my body knows what to do, but I need to help train it to achieve my goal. Hi there, my name is Hannah and I’m looking for a night nurse for postpartum, as well as a Doula for my birthing experience. I need someone experienced in birth in order to avoid tearing (even though I plan on using an epidural) and also someone who is highly trained in sleep training for my baby once that becomes an option for them. We will be needing the night nurse for at least 8 weeks with option to potentially extend. I live in Mendham, NJ and I will be birthing out of Morristown Hospital! I would like to create a birth plan that includes limited vaccines with the most necessary only and to be delayed and as spread out as possible! Delayed cord clamping, baby does not leave the room, no eye ointment and birthing in a side laying position or position optimum for limited tearing. Budget: for discussion
