Hospital $2500 Natural birth with limited interventions

I would like for a doula to be of emotional and educational support for myself and my partner. I would like to get tips on more alternative ways of birthing, vs what the doctors tell me.

1. I plan to give birth at Hartford hospital and I would like to have a natural childbirth. I am looking for someone to meet and coach me through labor, be with my husband and I during the labor and possibly help us for the first week postpartum. I don’t have a budget in mind.

Hospital birth- not entirely sure how cost works, and would want to see if my insurance covers any care- I would ideally (could definitely change) like to aim for a natural birth. One where I am able to walk and move around (be in a shower). This will be my first child, so everything is new to me- but I do a lot of research.
