Hello everyone! My name is Weslina Maxey, I am a Pelvic Floor Therapist, I specialize in corrective movement/exercise for pregnancy and postpartum. Women can thrive through pregnancy, not just endure and get through. Pelvic floor therapy can give you the tools you need to have an empowered pregnancy and postpartum journey, connect and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles to not leak when you laugh or sneeze, to lengthen your muscles to allow for an empowered labor. So many issues women endure are common but not normal, not something you have to live with. Pelvic floor therapy can truly be life changing, improving your overall quality of life. I am out of Durant, OK, but I work with clients virtually as well. There are many things we can address via zoom through our sessions. Pelvic health is a very tailored service and should be provided in every pregnancy and postpartum journey.
