My name is Sandra Luz Alvarado and I am a postpartum doula and a Newborn Care Specialist. I was born in El Salvador and came to California 35 years ago. I am a wife (I have been with my husband almost 30 years!) and a mother to 5 beautiful children, including my youngest, who is three years old. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a graphic designer, elder care provider, and nanny. Some years back I decided to become a postpartum doula.
