About me

I come from a family of birth workers and OTs —so supporting people through this part of life has always felt familiar and important to me. Over time, I realized how much I care about helping people feel empowered and heard, especially during birth, when they need it most. I believe in practical, down-to-earth support that combines knowledge, empathy, and a warm presence (plus a little humor when it’s needed). I try to meet each person where they are and support the kind of birth they want—whether that’s quiet and private or full of conversation and teamwork. To me, birth is a shared experience, but the birthing person is always at the center. I see my role as making sure they feel respected, cared for, and in charge of their experience.

Service introduction

Providing guidance that helps couples feel confident and empowered means everything to me, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you prepare to welcome your baby. All pregnancies and births are different and I like to tailor my services to ensure the best possible support given the needs of the birthing person.

Packages
Birth Package
Prenatal Support • Unlimited text/email support • Two in-person prenatal appointments (approximately 2 hours each) During these sessions, we’ll build a birth plan that feels right for you, discuss interventions, and explore labor techniques and comfort measures. If desired, I’ll also share referrals for trusted local providers such as birthing classes, pelvic floor therapy, prenatal yoga, etc! Identifying a support system for prenatal care comes in here. On-Call Birth Support • On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks When labor begins, I’ll be ready to join you whenever baby decides to arrive! I’ll support you both through every stage of labor — offering physical and emotional comfort, helping you navigate interactions with your care team, and ensuring your partner feels confident and present. My goal is to help you stay grounded, informed, and connected throughout your birth experience. Immediate Postpartum Support • Continuous care through the first 1–2 hours after birth I’ll remain by your side to support bonding, early feeding, and your initial postpartum recovery. Postpartum Follow-Up Visit • One in-home postpartum visit (approximately 2 hours) This is a time to debrief your birth, check in on recovery and newborn care, and create space for whatever support feels most helpful — from organizing your feeding station to making you a nourishing smoothie. Identifying a support system for postpartum care comes in here. We’ll tailor this visit to your unique needs.
